"This restaurant has been our favorite for years now. We have been to a lot of vietnamese resto to look for the best bun bo hue (spicy beef soup) and we found it in Saigon Pho. This is one of the reason we keep coming back. Our other favorites are the crispy chicken spring rolls and rice paper rolls as well as their broken rice. The service has always been superb in this resto. It is highly recommended."

"A must-try Pho spot in Footscray! Delicious, authentic Pho served fast - in just 5 minutes! The broth is consistently flavourful, the vegetables are fresh, staffs are friendly and the restaurant is always clean with a calm, welcoming atmosphere. My family used to dine around Footscray, but now this has become our regular weekend spot. Every visit delivers the same great taste. Highly recommend for anyone craving quality Pho in Footscray! "This used to be my favorite pho place in Footscray, but I haven't visited recently. Nevertheless, the pho here is really enjoyable, and the portion sizes of the meats and combinations are also quite generous. The spring rolls are decent and pair well with the pho. One thing I've noticed is that the broth here is saltier than at other places, and I always end up drinking a lot of water afterward. The meat is tender in all the meal options, and I plan to revisit to compare it with the popular spots on Main Street."

"Pho Sai Gon is my family's weekly go-to for Pho: it's hands down our favourite in town. I usually come on Fridays or Saturdays and always order Phở nạm (beef brisket Pho), medium size. But today I went all in with a large bowl and managed to finish it all! The beef is always soft and tender, the broth is rich and aromatic, and the flavour is consistently amazing. They also offer a vegan Pho option, which is great if you're after something plant-based without compromising on taste. The place is clean, not noisy, and has a cosy vibe - perfect for catching up with friends or family over a warm bowl of Pho. The staff are friendly and service is quick.
